Description

This set of 6 antique plates has a wonderful hand painted butterfly design around the rim in a soft green color. The plate is gold rimmed and complements the butterflies in a very tradition art deco pallet. They measure 6 3/4" wide and stand 3/4" tall at the rim. They have very little wear and no visable damage. The backs are stamped 'Thomas Bavaria' and the majority are signed E.K. - undoubtedly all were painted by that same painter. I don't know who EK is, but I recently came across a small collection of peices all with that signature (see other listings if interested). Please feel free to ass along any questions?
