Wow your every guest with this circa 1930's Rosenthal sculpture depicting a nude woman in a crouching position, entitled "Die Hockende." This fabulous work of art was modeled by German sculptor Fritz Klimsch (1870-1960). Note that it is signed "F. Klimsch" on the base top as shown in photos. "Rosenthal - Germany" is stamped on the bottom, with sticker included. This 12" tall stylish and chic Art Deco figure of the nude female "Die Hockende" was created by C. Fritz Klimsch for Rosenthal. The color is an antique white with a slight sheen to the glaze. Note: Die Hockende translates to "The Squatting." Note: This piece is a recast of the original Art Deco era figure.
