Offered is this lovely hand painted porcelain china salad or dessert plate made in Bavaria by Thomas. It dates to the early 1900s. The plate is decorated with a wide border of yellow roses with gray-green foliage. It has been signed by the artist. Gold trim outlines the rim of this smooth blank. The plate measures almost 8.5 inches in diameter (21.5 cm). It is in very good condition with no chips, cracks or scratches. Gold trim in very good condition. The plate comes from the estate of a collector who had assembled a number of similar plates, many of which are hand painted and date to the early 1900s. Domestic shipping is free.
