Rosenthal Night Song Figurine Spectacular 1950s Rosenthal "Night Song" Blanc de Chine seated monk figurine depicting angel Lucifer (Der Engel Luzifer ) designed by sculptor Waldemar Fritsch in 1951, depicting the dancer Harald Kreutzberg in the dance "Night Song" dancing to the music of Johannes Brahms. This beautiful figure is from the 'Gesang der Natchen' series. The piece has the sculptor's name W. Fritsch as well as the year 51 incised into the back of the base, the green Rosenthal mark underneath, 1864, A. Also included a custom made wooden black stand w/velcro strips on both stand and figure to ensure security. Measures: Without stand: H11.75" x W10" x D3" Stand: L13.75" x W9.75" x H.05" Weight (w/out stand): 4.06 lbs. Condition: Excellent / Pristine - no chips, cracks or other imperfections.
