Thomas Porcelain/China, made in Germany ~ Eva Zeisel Design ~ Gold Rim, Teapot with Lid Item is previously owned/used and comes from a smoke-free and pet-free home. There are no visible chips, cracks, scratches or crazing. The last picture is to show the light coming through the piece. I have received conflicting descriptions from others, some say bone china, others say porcelain. I am not an expert, so I cannot definitively say one or the other. I know they are delicate, the white is warm and light shines through. Beautiful, simplistic design and timeless appeal.
