Thomas Sevres Bavaria Hand Painted Porcelain Floral Plate The plate is in excellent condition with no chips or cracks. There is a manufacturers flaw on the rim that looks like a chip but was painted over with gold during manufacture. It's 7 1/2" in diameter. Thomas Sevres and Bavaria are printed on the bottom.
